Disease-awareness filtering

Wilting disease categories are generalized to the country level from the user-supplied Fusarium wilt distribution figure and its accompanying country lists, supported by PROMUSA and overview literature on the global distribution of races of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense. Because the original figure includes subnational references in places, this map uses country-level awareness filters rather than a regulatory or epidemiological boundary file.
